Some designs and custom orders may require 2-14 weeks for production and delivery, however, we do have rush options available and if you require your dress urgently please email us on sales@portiaandscarlett.com

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Cancellations

Our orders are automatically processed so we regret that we are unable to make any changes to your order after placement. If you wish to cancel your order, please email sales@portiaandscarlett.com and a full e-gift voucher will be sent to you for the purchase amount.
